Andrea “Andi” Peel was born and raised in Rock Island, Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in business studies. Andi attended law school at South Texas College of Law and received her J.D. in May of 2001. Since law school, Andi has maintained a diverse civil litigation practice in the areas of insurance law, personal injury/wrongful death defense, transportation and trucking litigation, construction defects, premises liability, and professional liability.

Obtained summary judgment on premise liability and negligent activity claims in personal injury matter, dismissing claims made by Plaintiff,
ruling affirmed on appeal.
Managed a variety of complex civil matters, including defense of fortune 500 company in toxic tort cases, defense of oil field services defendant in both government and private cost-recovery actions under Superfund and other state and federal statues, and defense of start up company in employment
litigation matter.
Deposed and presented witnesses on a variety of topics, including contract disputes, construction related injuries, violations of environmental regulations, and asbestos matters.

Mrs. Peel was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2001. She is a member of the Houston Bar Association and American Bar Association.
She and her husband enjoy watching and supporting their three kids in various sports activities.
