Mark Lapidus
Mark Lapidus practices in the areas of first- and third-party personal injury claims, products liability and tort, first party fraud, “bad faith” and other extra-contractual liability, dram shop, long haul trucking and other commercial vehicle accidents, and premise liability claims. Mr. Lapidus has a particular expertise in handling cases involving both accidental and intentionally set fires. He has handled and currently handles many cases involving either a product alleged to have started a fire or an intentionally set fire started by or on behalf of an insured.
Megan Knudsen
Megan L. Knudsen has proudly practiced law in the State of Texas for twenty years. She primarily handles first- and third-party personal injury defense, “bad faith” and extra-contractual liability, trucking litigation, products liability, and employment law matters. Ms. Knudsen has a practical and driven approach to handling cases in an expeditious and cost-effective manner. She handles cases from beginning to end, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparation for trial, mediation, first chairing trial, and appeals.
