In her 25-plus years of continuous experience as a licensed attorney in the state of Texas, Shana has also been involved in the litigation of an array of cases spanning numerous legal genres, including employment discrimination, fraud, plaintiff personal injury, breach of contract, divorce and custody law, and government civil defense, to name just a few.

Shana’s involvement in a myriad of case types has given her a keen ability to quickly learn and digest laws and regulations pertaining to each unique case.

Shana loves her career and prides herself on her continuous practice of law without any gaps in employment and her impeccable ethical record with the Texas State Bar. Shana enjoys getting to know the people that she is representing as a person, and not just a familiar name in a file number and works hard to obtain satisfying results for those people.

Shana was born and raised in League City, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree in 1993 from Texas State University (f/k/a Southwest Texas State University) in Psychology and Sociology in 1993. After working as a “Job Coach” in the mental health services field for a few years, she decided to go back to school and chose St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she graduated in 1997.

Shana had her first child in law school, who is now a graduate of Texas A&M. Her second child was born during her fifth year as a practicing lawyer and is currently a student at Texas A&M. Her third child is a senior in high school who plans to enter Texas State University in the Fall of 2024.

Shana is a recovering sports mom of the baseball and softball variety. For fun, Shana enjoys going to concerts, Astros games, and musicals. She is blessed with great relationships with her young adult children, her family, and fantastic long-time friends. Her happy places are the Frio River, Round Top, TX, and the 30A area of Florida.
